1. Acceptance and Agreement

By using the RakiAI platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

RakiAI is a YouTube channel management platform providing the following services:

• Channel Viewing: View your YouTube channel information and statistics
• Video Management: List videos, view details, and upload videos
• Statistics Analysis: Analyze channel performance data
• Playlists: View your playlists

3. Account and Authentication

3.1. Google Account

A valid Google account and YouTube channel are required to use our Platform. Secure login is provided through Google OAuth 2.0 protocol.

3.2. Account Security

• You are responsible for the security of your Google account
• You are responsible for all activities performed with your account
• If you notice suspicious activity, immediately revoke access from your Google account settings

4. YouTube API Usage

4.1. API Permissions

The Platform uses the following YouTube API permissions:

• youtube.readonly: To read your channel and video information
• youtube.upload: To upload videos to YouTube

4.2. Quota Limits

YouTube Data API is subject to daily quota limits. Temporary service interruptions may occur during peak usage periods. This is beyond the Platform's control.

5. User Obligations

You agree to comply with the following rules when using the Platform:

5.1. Prohibited Actions

• Uploading or sharing illegal content
• Uploading content that infringes copyright
• Spreading spam, malware, or malicious content
• Actions that jeopardize Platform security
• Unauthorized access to others' accounts
• Intentionally attempting to exceed API limits
• Abusing the Platform with automated tools (bots)

5.2. Content Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content uploaded through the Platform. Your content must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Platform Rights

The design, logo, source code, and all original content of RakiAI platform belong to the Platform and are protected by copyright laws.

6.2. User Content

Intellectual property rights of your uploaded videos and content belong to you. The Platform does not claim any rights over your content.

The Platform reserves the right to do the following without prior notice:

• Update or modify services
• Add or remove features
• Temporarily or permanently suspend service
• Suspend or terminate user accounts

9. Account Termination

9.1. By User

You can log out of the Platform at any time and revoke access from Google Account Permissions page.

9.2. By Platform

Accounts of users who violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (Google, YouTube, etc.). The Platform is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these sites.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

13. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. You will be notified through the Platform when significant changes occur. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
